How to Remove Devices from the AgileBlue Portal

Employees leave, servers are decommissioned, and workstations are cycled out. Here's how to remove a device from the AgileBlue SOC Management Portal when and if the need arises.

Even if a device is out of service or offline, it will continue to appear on the Device List in the AgileBlue SOC Management Portal, reflecting its most recent check-in. For any clients who want to make sure their full Device List is up to date, we've developed a simple process for removal of servers and workstations.

  1. Access Your Device List
    Your full device list can be accessed by selecting "Devices" in the navigation bar on the AgileBlue Dashboard.

  2. Select the device to be deleted
    Next, select the device to be deleted from the device list or navigate to the correct device using the search function. Navigate to the device details page by clicking the Device Name.
  3. Delete Device
    In order to delete the device, enter the Device Name at the bottom of the page and select "Delete."



NOTE: Once deleted, a device will be removed from the AgileBlue Portal. This action does not remove the AgileBlue Management Agent from the device itself. If it is still online, the device will re-appear in the portal at its next check in, which occurs every 3 minutes.
