How To Create Users In The AgileBlue Portal

Users with administrator privileges on the AgileBlue SOC Management Portal have the ability to add additional accounts to their tenant or other tenants under their management.

Overview

User accounts determine the level of access an individual has to the AgileBlue SOC Management Portal. There are three role levels to choose from: Administrator, Manager and Analyst. Admins have full access to take any available actions in the portal, including the ability to add and remove user accounts and view all tenants within a partner account. Manager and Analyst are both read-only roles. A Manager or an Analyst has to be added to each tenant individually in order to view the associated portal. This guide provides instruction on how to create and remove user accounts.


How To Create User Accounts

  1. Log in to the AgileBlue Portal and select the specified client from the client dropdown menu (if applicable)
  2. Open the navigation menu on the left-hand side and select Settings
  3. Click User Accounts
  4. Click Create User Account
  5. Fill out the following required fields and create a password
    1. First Name
    2. Last Name
    3. Email
    4. Password
    5. Confirm Password
    6. Permission Role
  6. Select Create User Account in the bottom right-hand corner to save the profile

How To Remove User Accounts

  1. Log in to the AgileBlue Portal and select the specified client from the client dropdown menu (if applicable)
  2. Open the navigation menu on the left-hand side and select Settings
  3. Click User Accounts
  4. Select the specified user account
  5. At the bottom right-hand corner, click Delete User
  6. On the pop-up, click Yes

Additional Notes

  • When creating an account, all fields are case sensitive
  • Once an account is removed, it can be restored by checking off Show Deactivated Accounts on the User Accounts page and selecting Reactivate User
