Configure Response Options For Office365 Integration

For Plus and Pro subscribers, AgileBlue is able to disable and enable logins for user accounts on Office365. Below is a guide to configuring these permissions for our API Integration.

Requirements

  • Office365 Global Administrator Account
  • Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) administrative privileges
  • Access to the Azure Portal
  • An existing AgileBlue application registered in Azure AD (to configure this application, click here)

Configuration Guide

  1. Sign in to the Azure portal using your Office365 Global Administrator credentials
  2. In the left-hand menu, click Azure Active Directory
  3. Select App Registrations
  4. Search for and select the existing AgileBlue collection application to be modified
  5. Under the application's settings, navigate to API permissions
  6. Click + Add a permission
  7. Select Microsoft Graph
  8. Under Application Permissions, search for and enable the following permissions
    1. Directory.ReadWrite.All
    2. User.EnableDisableAccount.All
    3. User.ReadWrite.All
  9. Click Add permissions
  10. In your application's settings, navigate back to API permissions
  11. Click on Grant admin consent for your organization
  12. Confirm by selecting Yes
