      Cisco Duo Integration

      AgileBlue can access the Cisco Duo Admin APIs in order to collect key security data from the platform and generate alerts for potential indicators of attack.

      Requirements

      • Cisco Duo administrative account with Owner permissions
      • Supported Versions:
        • Cisco Duo Core Authentication Service: D224.13
        • Cisco Duo Admin Panel: D224.18

      Setup Steps

      1. Sign in to the Duo Admin Panel
      2. Navigate to Application > Protect an Application > Admin API > Protect
      3. Copy the following values to a secure location:
        1. Hostname
        2. Integration key
        3. Secret key
      4. Grant the following permissions:
        1. Grant read information
        2. Grant read log
      5. Securely send the values collected in step 3 above to support@agileblue.com via an encrypted communication method
        1. Optionally, you may request an encrypted email from AgileBlue. You can then reply to the encrypted message with the values above.
