Atlassian Jira API Integration

The AgileBlue Cerulean AI SecOps Platform can monitor your Atlassian Jira environment by accessing audit logs via the API.

Supported Platform Versions

• Atlassian Jira version 8.20.2 and newer

Setup Steps

1. Access the API Tokens section in your Atlassian environment
2. Select Create API token
3. Enter a name for the API token (ex. Cerulean Integration)
4. Set an expiration date for the token
   
   1. Note: AgileBlue will need to receive an updated API token before the existing token expires to ensure no disruption to dataflow.
5. Click Create
6. Select Copy to clipboard and store the API token in a secure location
   1. Note: This will be your only opportunity to gather the API token. If you skip this step, the token will need to be recreated.
7. Provide the following values to AgileBlue Support (support@agileblue.com) via a secure communication method:
   1. Jira API URL (ex. https://your-domain.atlassian.net)
   2. Jira User Identifier
      
      1. This will typically be the email address of the administrative user who created the API token
   3. Jira API Token
   4. Jira API Expiration Date
