AgileBlue has partnered with Nodeware to bring vulnerability scanning to our customers. Below is a guide to installing the Nodeware Linux Agent.

- Ubuntu 18.04 LTS (Bionic Beaver)
- Ubuntu 20.04 LTS (Focal Fossa)
- Ubuntu 22.04 LTS (Jammy Jellyfish)
- Ubuntu 24.04 LTS (Noble Numbat)
- Debian 11 (Bullseye)
- Debian 12 (Bookworm)
- Red Hat 8 (RHEL 8)
- Red Hat 9 (RHEL 9)
Requirements

Memory: Minimum 4 GB (8 GB recommended)

Storage: Minimum 2 GB available space

Processor: Compatible with the supported Linux distributions
Download The Installer
- Click on Assets on the left-hand menu
- Select Manage Customer next to the settings icon
- Click on Agent Downloads on the account menu
- Download the Linux Script, which is specific to your environment
- The download size is 44 MB
Local Installation
- Run the Linux Script downloaded in the previous step
Advanced Installation Commands
The below commands can be used to install the downloaded packages, with substitutions required for any bracketed (<>) variables.
wget <core_url>
sudo <dpkg/rpm> -i <core_file>
sudo /usr/local/bin/nodeware/NodewareAgent register customerid=<customer_id>
sudo /usr/local/bin/nodeware/NodewareAgent service create
- Substitute the <core_url> with the core URL located in the Linux Script
- Use dpkg for Ubuntu and Debian or rpm for Red Hat
- Substitute the file name as appropriate
- Substitute the 7-digit customer ID, as found in your dashboard. This can be set to a variable for RMM & MDM installation
