With Microsoft Entra SSO, logging in is more secure and faster than ever.
OVERVIEW
Microsoft Entra, formerly Azure Active Directory, Single Sign On (SSO) simplifies how you log into our portal, saving you time and enhancing security. With this feature, you can log on to the AgileBlue portal without needing to continually enter credential information each logon. It connects seamlessly with Microsoft’s secure authentication system. With one click, you’ll save workflow time without compromising security.
If you opt to use this SSO feature, you will not be able to login using your email and password credentials as usual. This is because if you opt for SSO, you will be opting to enable user permission control via Microsoft Entra.
HOW TO UTILIZE
To log on to the AgileBlue portal using Microsoft SSO, navigate to the logon page and click “Login with Microsoft”. You will need to enter your username and password on a first time SSO login.
ACCEPTING PERMISIONS
Upon first login, you will be prompted to allow permissions. Upon accepting, you will be directed to the portal – after this initialization, you will be able to click “Login with Microsoft” at each login to instantly navigate to the portal home page.
Admin users will see the above screenshot and can consent on behalf of the organization to log on. Non-admin users will see a similar screen that prompts them to accept these conditions on behalf of themselves.
LOGGING IN THROUGH MICROSOFT
After accepting permissions, you then will log into Microsoft using your Microsoft credentials. MFA Is controlled by your organization and will be administered through your Microsoft log in, as specified by Microsoft Entra policy.
To utilize this feature, your Microsoft email address must match the existing email address associated with your account within AgileBlue’s portal.
