Autotask Integration

Enable bi-directional Security ticketing between the AgileBlue Platform and your Autotask environment.

Overview

AgileBlue can connect directly to your Autotask environment via the API to enable streamlined ticket management within your security workflow. This integration allows SOC Analysts to escalate security cases directly to your help desk environment. This bi-directional integration also allows for seamless updates and communication on each case.
